HELENA, Mont. – The Montana Dinosaur Trail, a network of 14 museums located across northern, central and eastern Montana, is open and ready for the summer tourism season.

“Yellowstone,” the new TV series drama starring Kevin Costner and filmed partially in Montana, will premiere in Missoula this Thursday at a special screening approximately one week before it hits television.

Jason Nitschke, regional director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Great Falls, has been named the 2018 Montana “State Star,” a national award recognizing outstanding performers from America’s Small Business Development Centers (ASBDC).

HELENA, Mont. – Montana will be represented in France next week as the Cannes Film Festival opens with one film shot partly in Montana and another by a Montana filmmaker.

Small businesses across the state are sharing their success stories and being celebrated during the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) small business week, April 29-May 5. The week-long celebration includes the SBA awards hosted at Billings’ Camelot Ranch, a 2017 success story of the Montana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network. The awards ceremony will celebrate many other businesses that have been assisted by the SBDC state network.

Governor Steve Bullock has nominated 25 areas of Montana for designation as an Opportunity Zone, after communities submitted proposals for consideration.
